What comes to your mind when you hear the word ‘betrayal’? If you ask me, I would probably say ‘that’s unfair’. We can not justify betrayal in any situation or circumstance. I am sure you’d never want to betray anyone, at least not willingly.
But what if I say that ‘there’s a high possibility that you’re betraying yourself in your life, and in your job.
Did that roll your eyes?
Lora Cheadle, a Betrayal Recovery Expert - my Guest this week, is talking about 3 Things that you might be doing to betray yourself, and sabotage your career.
Lora is an attorney and coach who works with professionals who are burned out and resentful over how much they have sacrificed for their career and want to continue on healthily in their chosen field, break free from the burnout/self-care cycle, and feel positive and satisfied both personally and professionally so they can reclaim themselves and live fully before it's too late.
